But the company leaves the right to change the seats in case of security, safety or operational reasons. Moreover, seat payments are non-refundable.

Travelers complain that the company’s seats are without pockets. The company explains that in such a way they provide a fast turnaround. So, passengers have to take rubbish with them and it takes less time to clean the cabin after landing. As an addition to making the process of turnaround faster there is the airline’s strict policy of hand luggage.
