Loading...New routes from Palm Springs International Airport are about to appear on the maps of leading airlines. The starting point is autumn.
And starting from December, 21 Delta Airlines is going to start a direct flight joining Palm Spring and Atlanta. The flights are scheduled to be daily except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays especially during winter holiday season.
The airline has already had such an experience. It launched the flight between Palm Spring and Atlanta last season. Firstly, there were daily flights during Christmas period. Then, only one flight was left on the schedule up to March, 30. The airline is bringing back the route in question due to its passengers’ demands and profitability in 2018.
Starting from November Alaska Airlines is going to have a direct flight to Everett. The company has flights to O’Hare from Palm Springs. But the option of direct flights is not available all year round. It is seasonal.
PSP is about to set a record this year with more than 1.3 million passengers during January-April period. There is a 16.7 percent increase in comparison with the previous year.
Ten airlines are offering flights from and to Palm Springs International Airport. The route map covers destinations to US cities: New York, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis and others. Moreover, there flights available to Canadian cities: Toronto, Vancouver etc.
The airport is working out the launch of direct flight to Sacramento. So, everything is done to meet the customers’ demands.
