American Airlines launching a new flight to Chihuahua Mexico

American Airlines Company, the largest one operating at Sky Harbour, has announced to be on the point of launching a direct flight from Phoenix to Chihuahua, Mexico. The starting point of the nonstop flight is due on December, 18.

It will be the only available option of getting from Phoenix Sky Harbour International Airport to Chihuahua, Mexico directly. The company provides 10 other direct flights to Mexican cities from Phoenix Sky Harbour International Airport.

It is planned that the flight in question will be available daily all year round. A Bombardier CRJ-700 jet with the capacity of 65 up to 76 seats is going to be used by American Airlines to operate the route.

American Airlines company’s policy is set to extend the number of flights from main US hubs covering destinations to Mexico and the Caribbean in order to provide service to the places which are of great interest to their clients. New seasonal destinations will be from Dallas to Acapulco and Huatulco and to the Caribbean islands of Grenada, St. Thomas, Bermuda and St. Lucia from New York, Dallas, Charlotte and Chicago.

According to the statistics available, in 2018 American Airlines Company was used by over 20 million passengers to fly to different destinations.

Except for the new direct flight to Mexico, a new direct flight from Phoenix to Rapid City, South Dakota has been announced by American Airlines as well. The year-round flight will is about to start on September, 4 operating daily using a 50 seat CRJ-200.
