As a rule, a passenger gets an email with a confirmation code and another one with a ticket number. It may happen at once or within 24 hours.
In order not to experience such issues check on the ticket number next to your name in your reservation. If a group of people is travelling there is one reservation number and the number of ticket numbers corresponds to the total number of passengers. In case a passenger is not provided with a ticket, it is necessary to contact the airline. If the check-in procedure is available to a passenger, it as well means that the ticket is valid.
