A traveller flying from Puerto Rico to New York on July, 3 was making attempts to get to the pilots. Trying to do so, he was claiming to be God. The pilot made a decision to land.
The passenger has been identified as Carlos Ramirez. Except claiming to be God he was screaming that San Juan would no longer exist following day. He was making his way to the cockpit. The incident took place immediately after Delta Flight departed from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
Announcing his mission to rescue the world and end terrorist he was calmed down by flight attendants and other travellers. When the passenger made his way to the middle of the aisle, the cabin crew tried to stop him and to persuade him to take his seat but he kept trying to get to the cockpit. He got to the door and was attempting to open it but failed to do it.
Delta Airlines representative says as well that the door was safely closed. The plane flew back to San Juan. The passenger in question was arrested there. Now the case is under the FBI investigation.
