A 95-year old passenger first flight ever

Travelling is always a good idea. Never miss a chance to do it. A 95-year-old passenger has had her first flight ever. She took a flight operated by EasyJet. Gladys Backburn is on cloud nine because of her new experience.

So, she started her journey from London Luton to Switzerland. She was welcomed with champagne onboard. It was her lifetime dream. To fly and see Lake Geneva was on her wish list. Because traditionally she used to go by car or train on her trips.

Having found out about the traveller’s dream Milton Court Care Home organized everything for her. Ms Balckburn was in a habit of getting to the airport and spending her time watching flights arrive and depart. She lost her hope to fly one day.

The workers of the house has a wishing tree and it helped them to find out about Gladys’ wish. Commenting on her new experience she says that it was beyond any expectations to be in the skies. The breathtaking view below made her feel really excited. Initially the passenger felt worried but it is something that she really likes and wants to do again.

So, age is not an obstacle. If you have a dream, just do it. The representative of the airport points out their passenger’s positive attitude to everything and considers it to be contagious and adds that it was great to have a possibility to join those who made Gladys’ dream come true. She is welcomed on her further destinations from Luton Airport.
