Loading...Two Muslim passengers who were supposed to fly by American Airlines have filed a complained against the airline company to the US Department of Transportation. It has been stated that there was a racial issue with the flight attendants.
They believe that their flight was cancelled because of the fact that the crew members felt insecure with them among the passengers onboard.
There seemed to be no problem when they were boarding the plane. The passengers in question were not travelling together. But in fact they are acquainted so when they noticed each other they waved in order to greet each other.
Before the departure the flight attendants were handling some maintenance matters. So, Abdallah, one of the passengers, went to use the plane bathroom. Having exited he noticed that a flight attendant was pretty near the door.
According to the flight attendant’s reports he entered the bathroom and flushed the toilet twice. But as he knows it is not considered to be illegal.
Having got off the plane they were questioned by law enforcement officers and their luggage was inspected.
According to the American Airlines representative the flight was operated by Mesa Airlines and its staff. The flight cancellation was because of staff members concerns in relation to passengers. So now they are trying to figure it out with the airline which operated the flight.
Mesa Airlines in its turn is looking into the matter as well.
