Loading...There were multiple flight delays operated by Delta Airlines due to technical issues on Wednesday. The flights scheduled to depart were delayed for a few hours.
But it is claimed that all the issues have been solved. And all the flights operated by Delta Airlines are due to take off from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on time, no delays on Thursday morning.
The issues which influenced the work of Delta’s apps prevented its passengers from booking tickets, checking in and boarding.
Delta’s representative, Ashley Black, says,
“The company managed to deal with the problem on Wednesday so there were no flight cancellations. But travellers had to wait in longer lines than usual in the evening. And some of them still experience delays. The company is sorry for the inconveniences caused. And it does its best to be back to normal operation.”
Delta had to make up for delays which its passengers of connecting flights experienced. Some passengers took to social networks to express their complaints in terms of the situation.
Some of them were complaining about not having free access to WiFi despite the delays. The others were nervous for not being able to book a flight for hours.
Despite the fact that technical matters were solved passengers may still experience cancellations and delays due to severe weather conditions. Strong thunderstorms are influencing northwest Georgia on Thursday morning and is expected to impact Atlanta between 7 and 8 a.m.
