46-yearl old Dallas Chapman is among the first apprentices to receive their wings as cabin crew at the special ceremony near Heathrow. For her it is as well a family matter. As her daughter is a British Airway’s flight attendant. And she is the one who convinced her mother to apply. She says that a great number of mature people are joing cabin crew now. It is not an issue any more. The choice of the airline company was obvious for her. Moreover, she does like learning new things.

So, a 12 month apprenticeship is a great opportunity to get a qualification needed for this profession. Futhermore, next month mother and daughter will even share a flight flying to Buenos Aires. Consequently, they can’t help feeling excited.
