Ryanair seat ‘falls apart’ amid the flight

The passenger was flying the flight operated by Ryanair. It was heading to Girona in Spain. The seat occupied by her torn apart. Leann Wilkinson was going on holiday to get away from it all with her nearest and dearest. The lady was heading to Lloret de Mar for a week rest.

The passenger in question says the plane was in the air when she understood that her seat was moving. And they were just half way through the flight. She was accompanied by three of her children. She wanted to know if her children experienced a sort of similar problems. She tried not to move because she was afraid to. She did not dare to leave her seat when the seat belt light switched off.

Her plane took off from Manchester Airport. The departure time was 8.35 a.m. It was on October, 1. After the aircraft had arrived at thee destination she managed to get up to examine the seat occupied by her. And while she was doing it the bottom of it just fell off. It fell just the very moment when the rest of the passengers were disembarking.

Having experienced such an incident amid the flight she became cautious. She hoped not to get into the same thing on her way back a week later. As the passenger believes it to be a serious matter as it is a matter of safety. It is not when just a bus breaks down. You are in a situation when you cannot leave a vehicle.

Having returned to the UK Leann sent an email to Ryanair with her complaint. As a result she was informed that they check all the planes the night before they fly to guarantee that all the seats and devices are up to scratch.
