But the email happened to be in the junk mail. So, he was not charged from his card.<\/p>\n<p>It often happens due to missed emails and failures to provide necessary information.<\/p>\n<p>As a rule, a passenger gets an email with a confirmation code and another one with a ticket number. It may happen at once or within 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>In order not to experience such issues check on the ticket number next to your name in your reservation. If a group of people is travelling there is one reservation number and the number of ticket numbers corresponds to the total number of passengers. In case a passenger is not provided with a ticket, it is necessary to contact the airline.
