The case with a passenger whose behaviour forced two fighter jets to fly escorting the aircraft she was flying by had a continuation. The passenger in question got a $106,000 bill issued by the airline company.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the online post by Jet2 <\/a>a twenty-five-year old passenger, Chloe Haines, was trying to make her way to open the aircraft door during the flight between London\u2019s Stansted Airport<\/a> and Dalaman<\/a> in Turkey.<\/p>\n

The incident took place in June, 22. The cabin crew together with some passengers had to wrestle Haines down not to let her realize her intentions. Meanwhile, the captain of the plane redirected the aircraft back to Stansted. As a result, Haines was accused of aggressiveness, abusive and life-threatening behaviour.<\/p>\n

In terms of multiple passengers\u2019 reports Haines was screaming and threatening to kill everyone.<\/p>\n

afterwards, Jet2.com took certain measures. Haines is banned to fly permanently. The U.K. Royal Air Force had to scramble two Typhoon fighters to accompany the plane. Moreover, the jets fighters created a sonic boom harrying to accompany the aircraft.<\/p>\n

As it has been reported airport police boarded and waited at Stansted to arrest Haines. She was charged with assault and endangering passengers\u2019 and crew\u2019s lives.<\/p>\n

Jet2 has set its mind on getting compensations for the expenses caused by diverting the plane.<\/p>\n
